Coaching for doctors

Having a medical background myself, I’m familiar with the pressures and issues faced by doctors. I am particularly experienced at helping people deal with stress, cultivate resilience, deepen motivation, develop a better work/life balance, improve mood, change habits, increase effectiveness and strengthen purpose in life.
Through coaching I can help you find and follow the purposes that call you, develop clarity of focus, stay on course, recover from setbacks, cultivate strengths, move through blocks and become happier.

Coaching over the phone or skype

Living in the north of Scotland. I do most of my coaching over the phone or Skype, with sessions usually lasting an hour. I charge £90 an hour or a reduced rate of £450 for a course of six sessions.

Online Resilience Training

I’ve recently published the first module in a video-based online Resilience Training, available on demand from anywhere in the world. Called Personal Resilience in an Hour, it introduces seven practical strategies that help our resilience grow. Drawing on evidence-based interventions, including the Penn Resilience Programme, as well as my three decades of experience in teaching resilience skills, the course is available at a discount price of £10 (reduced from £65) at this link.
